I brought in my laptop with a damaged ssd and they repaired/replaced the ssd and installed windows. They had it done faster than I was expecting. I would highly recommend getting laptops repaired here because they know what their doing.

Their quality of service is excellent. When I had my new PC built here, the owner went above and beyond to make sure it was done when he said it would be done. 6/5 stars.

I got a custom build from Alpha Nerd, something I’ve been needing for a long time. They listened to what I wanted and broke down the cost of everything. The price was very reasonable for what I wanted and they kept me informed about progress and when it was ready. It runs great and does everything I need it to and more! 🙂

I really appreciate the service we received from Alpha Nerd! After an office move, we had boxes of all the disassembled computer and router and switch cords and parts. Sky rescued us from those boxes of cords and parts that I never would have been able to put back together. He was personable, profesional and knowledgeable. He tested each component as he essentially rebuilt our network so we could stop limping and get back to work. He also retrieved the data for us from a hard drive that had stopped booting. I definitely recommend calling them for help!

Sky Bennet (the owner/operator) is the man! In addition to having a knack with computers, he provides excellent service. I had a battery hardware problem that would have taken Best Buy many weeks to fix IF they would have accepted my laptop. Best Buy wouldn’t touch my computer because it was “too dangerous” with a swollen battery. On a whim I took my laptop to Alpha Nerd. I was shocked when just three days later I got a text saying my laptop was ALREADY done!! It was done, the price was reasonable, and it had also been cleaned up, including the dirty keyboard. Nothing but praise from me regarding Alpha Nerd.

Spent the last 2 days trying to remove a stripped screw from my motherboard to replace a part. I was unable to remove the screw myself so ended up calling local businesses ” Alpha Nerd ” He offered free assistance if he was able to remove it without trouble.
